1 Bathroom Welcome to our welcoming and airy loft at Hybernská 30. Situated right in the city center, this apartment offers a great balance of a historic location and modern, practical comfort. With high ceilings and an open-plan layout, it’s a comfortable and quiet base for your stay in Prague, whether you're here to explore the city or get some work done. While you are located on a lively central street, the apartment itself is designed to be a calm, clutter-free place to recharge.
We’ve set up the loft to give you everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay without any unnecessary fuss.
Living Area: Features large windows that bring in natural light, comfortable seating, and a smart TV for relaxing after a long day of walking.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped, practical kitchen with the essentials you need to cook a meal, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The dining table offers plenty of room for sharing meals or catching up on emails.
Sleeping Area: A quiet, cozy layout with comfortable mattresses and fresh linens to ensure a good night's rest after exploring the city.
Bathroom: A clean, modern bathroom featuring a spacious shower. Fresh towels and basic toiletries are provided for your convenience.
Work & Connect: Fast, reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk space make this a great spot for remote workers.
The apartment is incredibly central. Hybernská is a practical and vibrant street that perfectly connects the historic Old Town with the newer parts of the city center.
Landmarks: You are just a 5-minute walk to the Powder Tower and the Municipal House (Obecní dům). The Old Town Square and Astronomical Clock are about a 10 to 15-minute stroll away.
Food & Drink: You'll find a great variety of cafes, local Czech pubs, and bistros right on your street.
Shopping: The Palladium shopping mall at Náměstí Republiky is just around the corner for any groceries or shopping you might need.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The building has no elevator to help with your luggage, but we are located just on the first floor (2 stair runs)
We offer a simple self-check-in process so you can arrive at your own pace. We respect your privacy, but our team is just a message away if you need any help, local tips, or assistance during your stay.
We comply with Czech legal hosting laws and as such we require each guest to fill in an arrival form to our guest book and
collect 50 CZK/2€ per guest per night as a Prague city tax.
