Welcome to our Cozy Forest Studio, a calm and stylish retreat in the very heart of Prague. Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town and Square of Republic, this newly designed studio combines a nature-inspired interior with a central, yet peaceful location. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel both relaxing and functional, featuring soft forest-themed wallpaper & warm lighting. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a memorable stay in central Prague.

The space

The studio (35 m²) is located on the 6th floor with elevator access, offering privacy and a calm environment despite being in the city center.

You’ll find:

- Comfortable 160×200 cm bed (queen size)
- Cozy seating area with sofa
- Dining table for meals or work (with 4 chairs)
- Smart TV with streaming apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc.)
- Fully equipped kitchenette
- Modern bathroom with shower

The highlight of the apartment is the soft foggy forest wallpaper, giving the space a unique and relaxing character you won’t find in typical listings.

Everything in the apartment is brand new, carefully selected to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Guest access

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment.

The building has an elevator, making access easy and convenient.

The check-in is fully independent (24/7 available) self-check-in with an access code to the house (street entrance) door, and a lockbox next to the apartment door.


NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located at Petrská 33, Prague 1, one of the most central and convenient areas in the city.

Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach:
- Square of Republic
- Wenceslav Square
- The historic Old town
- Modern New Town
- Shopping centers, both local classy and modern restaurants, cafés and shops

Despite the central location, the apartment offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for resting after exploring Prague.


TRANSPORT
Excellent public transport connections:
- Tram and metro stops within walking distance
- Easy access from the main train station and airport

However, most major attractions are within walking distance, so you may not need public transport at all.

Other things to note

City tax: 50 CZK per person per night (required by local regulations)

Before arrival, guests are required to complete a short online check-in form (guest registration). Access instructions will be provided after completion.
