The space

From street to being at home, and in the elevator on the way - you won't meet a step. The entire space of your home is very neatly and practically laid out, with clean lines of modern minimalist furniture, and lots of in-built storage space.

The neighbourhood

Not to mention the epic donut shop/cafe/beer-winery on the corner, we are 2 (Prague=small) blocks away from a major hub of cafes, bars, restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of means of transports.

House rules

We don't smoke inside the apartment or building.
We discuss pet situations.
We respect quiet hours of 22-06.

Guest access

You have a private exclusive access to the entire space of the studio on the 5th floor in a residential building with shared stairways and elevator.

Interaction with guests

For us it is big honour to be part of our guests' experience in our home town.
We are always on reach and happy to serve with anything you may need. On the other side we don't expect from you anything but having a nice stay and/or sharing your feedback with us.

Other things to note

We comply with Czech legal hosting laws and as such we require each guest to fill in an arrival form to our guest book and
collect 50 CZK/2€ per guest per night as a Prague city tax.
